Returns + Exchanges

We hope you love your Golden Year Jewelry, but if for any reason you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returns of new unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery with its original tags and packaging. You will be refunded to your original mode of payment the amount of purchase minus a 10% restocking fee.

Additionally, we will be happy to repair jewelry if it is, for some reason, damaged or defective within 1 month of purchase. Send an email with a photo of your jewelry to aubrey@goldenyearstudio.com

If you ordered the incorrect ring size, or you need to make an exchange of any kind within 7 days of delivery, please place a new order online, and email us so that we may assist you in returning the original item(s) for a refund of the original amount of purchase minus a 10% restocking fee.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any items that may be lost during the shipping process, or by which a package has been delivered but was not received. However, we are happy to help in locating lost items in whatever capacity we can be of assistance.
